Founder / Architect

With more than 20 years of experience as an architect and builder, Pablo Palacios is the founder and president of Qbiq Corp Construction.

We are a locally owned and operated. We look forward to building lasting relationships and guarantee your satisfaction!

Qbiq Corp is a Florida State certified, licensed and insured general con
tractor construction firm specializing in high-end residential renovations and commercial tenant’s build outs construction.

We offer Construction managing oversight from pre-construction design consultation, to building completion and post construction warranty services.

Co-Founder / Interior Designer

Maria Alexandra obtained her Certificate in Interior Design in 1996, from the Centro Artistico Villasmil de Leon, in Caracas, her native city.
Since her graduation she has undertaken significant projects, both in design and execution, in a wide area of challenges, both in the commercial and residencial sectors and which have  included Stores, Medical facilities, Health Spas, as well as a wide range of new and reformation projects in houses and apartments.

In 2018 she moved to Miami, Florida and , together with her Architect husband, continues her passion for Design.

Her constant is to achieve spacial harmony along with maximum functionality, in both large and small spaces.

“Clarity of Concept and communication between those involved, and optimum team work” are her keys for success in each project.
